Orders will be packed and shipped within 7 days of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been sent to the post office!

I can ship to most countries on Canada Post's list!

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout depending on the weight of the ordered items. Canadian Addresses: - Untracked lettermail starts at $2 CAD USA Addresses: - Untracked lettermail starts at $3 CAD - Tracked small parcel starts at $8 CAD (please message me for this option, as options default to untracked) EU/UK Addresses: - Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import taxes, or duties charged by their country. International Addresses: - Untracked lettermail starts at $5 CAD (there will be no customs duties charged on your order) - Tracked starts at $12 CAD: Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import taxes, or duties charged by their country. To keep costs low for my customers, I try to use the lowest shipping rates at reputable companies, so I use different companies depending on the recipient's location. The main ones I use are Canada Post, UPS, Chit Chats, and Stallion Express.

Canada: 1-2 weeks, depending on your location. USA: usually 14 days, but may take up to 4 weeks for some locations. Rest of the world: mail is usually delivered in 4-6 weeks, but may take up to 10 weeks :O delivery times greatly vary, as sometimes the package is delayed at customs. Most international packages will have tracking.

Lettermail shipping generally takes 1-2 weeks within Canada and may take up to 10 weeks internationally. Please keep in mind that once the package leaves my hands, it has become the post service's responsibility to ensure delivery; however, if you haven't received your order in two months, please reach out to me and we will determine a suitable solution! I package my items with much care, but I understand that unexpected circumstances may still happen during transit. I know how frustrating it is to receive something damaged, so if your order has been damaged in transit, please send me photos of the damaged items/packaging and we can figure out next steps!
